How it works

We talk. You leave a little lighter.

A Private Clarity Session is a 60-minute, one-on-one conversation, in person over coffee. There is nothing to prepare, no program to follow, and no expectation that you come back. Here is what it looks like from the moment you request a time.

What to Know Before Booking

Private Clarity Sessions with Frankie offers one-on-one, in-person conversations for adult women age 18 and older.

Each session is 60 minutes and costs $150. You are paying for my time, attention, and a friendly ear, not professional advice or a particular outcome.

I am not acting as a physician or licensed mental-health professional. These sessions are not counseling, psychotherapy, medical care, diagnosis, or treatment.

Sessions take place at a mutually agreed-upon cafe or similar public location. I approach conversations with discretion and respect, but because we meet in a public setting, complete privacy or confidentiality cannot be guaranteed.

This service is not intended for emergencies or crisis situations. Emails, website messages, and other inquiries are not monitored for emergencies. For an immediate emergency, call 911. For mental-health crisis support in the United States, call or text 988.

Step by step

From request to conversation

  1. 01
    Request a time

Choose an hour that suits you on the calendar. If nothing fits, write to me and we will find one.

  2. 02
I confirm and send the details

Once your session is scheduled, you receive the meeting place, a comfortable, quieter cafe or similar public spot in Palm Beach County.

  3. 03
    We sit down and talk

You bring whatever is on your mind, or nothing in particular. I listen, ask a question when it genuinely helps, and let you set the pace.

  4. 04
    You decide what comes next

Some women come once. Some come back in a month, or a season. There is no schedule to keep and no expectation from me.

What you might bring

Whatever has been sitting with you.

You do not need a crisis or a clear question. Most women who sit down with me start with their day-to-day and find the real thing along the way. Some of what comes up:

  • A decision you keep circling and cannot settle
  • Feeling invisible in your own home
  • A marriage or friendship that has quietly shifted
  • The loneliness of a life that has changed shape
  • Being the strong one for everyone, and being tired of it
  • A loss you have not really talked about
  • Motherhood, in all the ways it is not what you expected
  • Something you have never said out loud to anyone

What I will do

Give you my complete attention for the hour. Listen without deciding what your story means before you have finished telling it. Ask questions that open things up rather than steer you toward an answer. Help you slow down, untangle what is swirling, and look at it from a different angle. Treat our conversation with care and discretion.

What I will not do

Tell you how to live your life. Hand you goals, homework, or a plan. Diagnose, treat, or prescribe anything. Pretend that one conversation fixes everything, or that you owe me a second one. If something comes up that belongs with a physician or a mental-health professional, I will tell you so, gently and clearly, and encourage you to get that care.

Where we meet, and a word on privacy

Sessions take place in person at a cafe or similar public place that we agree on. I choose a comfortable, quieter setting where we can talk, and I send the location once your session is confirmed. Because we meet in a public setting, complete privacy from other people nearby cannot be guaranteed. Most women find that a quiet corner and a cup of coffee is exactly the right amount of formality: enough to feel intentional, never enough to feel clinical.

"Maybe nothing in her life has actually changed yet. But she can breathe a little easier, because she does not feel quite so weighed down by it."

Whenever you are ready
